BharathSMS is a division of KANsolve Technologies and was founded in 2007 along with its parent company.Its founders worked in a software company which works on mobile Technology and used to send SMS to clients for billing updates then came to know the importance of SMS in real world.

The result was BharathSMS.com, one of the commercial web based messaging platforms launched in India. From the start a web based platform was selected to avoid clients having to download any software. Clients could use these services from any PC connected to the internet. Since then thousands of users across the globe have adopted the service and it now connects to almost all networks through out the India.

The strategy of BharathSMS.com is to provide standard platforms to allow any client to quickly deploy any SMS service. This includes SMS competitions, SMS voting, SMS information services, SMS dating services, SMS campaigns or SMS for customer relationship management. Current BulkSMS clients include financial services institutions, clubs and societies, and companies that need to communicate with mobile support staff.
