-> What is a Sender Id?

Sender ID is the masking which is given to the sms. For Example is the Sender ID is set as bharathSMS, then the users would receive an sms coming from bharathSMS titled as bharathSMS. This can be changed in the Admin Panel.

-> Privacy and Security of mobile numbers

Mobile numbers of users are considered highly confidential and will be guarded with all our policies.

-> Registration requires my mobile no. Is my mobile operator going to charge me any thing?

No, your authentication (5-digit) code will be sent on your registered number in order to prove your authenticity. Delivery of your message is our responsibility, so you need not to pay anything to your operator for sending SMS from our portal.

-> How much have I to pay to send a message?

Opening an account with us is Free. We also provide some free test credits in your account to try our services. One Credit is deducted for every message your send from your account (2 or more credits are charged for international SMS). You can re-charge your account  as and when you run out of credits.

-> What is credit ?

1 Message of (1-160 Character) = 1 Credit. So 1 Credit is utilized to send a message to any mobile network (GSM or CDMA) in India .

YES, we are capable of sending messages to all the providers mentioned above.

For the service providers like Tata Indicom and Reliance who have CDMA, don't allow ALPHANUMERIC masking, so set a mobile number in the SENDER ID field. Our newly developed program automatically distinguishes the CDMA numbers from the GSM and masks when required.

So GSM numbers will get the sender id you have set and CDMA numbers will get the fancy number we have set

Yes this is very possible and very simple, we can provide you an API which will assist you to achieve this.

bharathSMS is an instant messaging solution. If you send 10,000 messages at once, all of them will be sent at the same time and will be delivered as if messages were sent individually at the same time.

The maximum text allowed in a single SMS is 160 characters. If the limit is overshot, the message will be sent and delivered as 2 messages and charged for two messages as well.
